Surprise, surprise!!

On February 15th, the girls awoke to find a surprise visitor on the couch.  O'Pa came just in time for Karen's and Meghan's birthday parties.  The girls were very excited to see someone from home here to visit.

O'Pa really enjoyed just spending time with the girls around our place-at the playground and by the pool.  He also went to the zoo with Jacqueline and Meghan.  Here is Jacqueline and O'Pa feeding the elephants at the zoo.  We also did the Singapore Ducktours to sightsee around some of Singapore on land and on the water. Here, the girls walk through one of the malls while we were waiting to board the bus/boat.

After Karen's birthday party, we went for dinner at Brewerkz on Clark's Quay.  We let the girls run through the trick fountains and as you see, they got soaked!  They are posing with some of the art work displayed by the fountain.  O'Pa got to try a variety of foods while he was here; Indian, Thai, Chinese, and traditional Singapore.  He even got to eat Indian food off of a banana leaf!  We really enjoyed our visit.
